Rough cut lumber is often cheaper and has a look to it that is unmatched. People with a trained eye can often quickly see that you went to some local sawmill source for your building materials all the while admiring the quality.
We do also offer kiln dried planned and shaped wood products through Custom Cut Millwork, a closely related wood product manufacturing business.
We regularly cut Southern Yellow Pine, various species of hardwood, Oak, Hickory, Walnut, Pecan and Eastern Aromatic Cedar.
Depending on the application, we can get you lengths up to 32 feet long and dimensions as big as 50β wide! We are very custom cut oriented and can get you tight specifications on thickness and width. One board or multiple truck loads we can get you the quantity you need!

β’β’β’ Barn building lumber. Quality barns are famous for Oak or softwood beams, timbers. We cut many Southern Yellow Pine beams. Short beams can be cut with our bandsaw sawmills or with our circular sawmill. Surface texture adds character. During the construction process, new lumber can be purposely βdistressedβ to make it look more used and old. We offer complete wood siding packages. Board and batten siding and trim is the most popular with barns. Heavy duty floor boards for tack rooms as well as framing lumber for hay loft framing and feed troughs are all supplies we offer. Sheds, shop buildings and pole barn tractor bays can all be greatly benefited by heavy duty solid rough cut lumber.

Rustic 1st cut cedar slabs with the round bark face and the straight sawn side are also good fence boards. All these can be good options of lumber that stand up to the weather for outdoor use.

β’β’β’ Tongue and Groove Flooring. A popular product. Very beautiful and durable. Hardwood flooring has gained a reputation as a good investment. It can last for over 100 years and be sanded and refinished multiple times over the years.

β’β’β’ Siding patterns we produce include 1x12 Board and Batten, Live Edge Lap Siding, Wedge Board Lap Siding, D Log also called Quarter Log Cabin Siding, #117 Double Tear Drop siding, V - Joint, #105 Shiplap Dutch Cove and more. We can also specially match your siding and paneling patterns of old historic heritage homes.
β’β’β’ Wall Coverings. V - Joint and Shiplap paneling lumber is popular for wall and ceilings as well as accent walls and Wayneβs coating AKA Wainscot. Other good materials for interior short walls include tongue and groove flooring or s4s dimensional lumber tightly butted against each other with or without battens. Sliced log tree cookie and end grain sliced beam wall covering is also available.

β’β’β’ Molding and Trim. Crown molding, cove, quarter round and baseboard trim are our most popular profiles. Dimensional lumber also makes great simple trim. We also can supply wood for window sill, trim, and shutters.
β’β’β’ Stair treads, risers, stair stringers, support framing and railing. We cut solid treads as thin an 1β and as thick as 4β or more. Custom widths and lengths available! Our solid stair treads are great with modular stairs, spiral staircases and floating stairs. Rustic half log treads and log risers are also available. This item has been popular giving a simple solid high quality look of fine craftsmanship.
