All of the breakers and switches are new, and it does start and run. Has a good 16HP 459cc electric start gas engine. I replaced everything that I could think of before I discovered that the rear bearing housing was cracked and had caused the windings to burn. This item is being sold for parts. The generator has a good motor and does run.
