We bought this gorgeous piece of history a couple of years ago and spent a summer cleaning out the second floor. Built as a hotel back in 1922, it had fourteen rooms and six bathrooms with an open area in the middle designed to use as a parlor/sitting area. Rumor has it the corner room at N. Main and 80 was used for illegal card games back in day due to the ability to see the police coming from both directions.

The second floor is what is for lease and it does have an entrance all it’s own on 80. Then it’s up the stairs to your business. The space is bare and ready for your creativity and business ideas. We have uncovered and replaced all of the windows. If the prime location at the corner of N. Main and 80 isn't enough, you've got the incredibly successful Gifts on Main on the first floor driving even more traffic your way!
